Accion Labs is an AI-first, platform-led innovation engineering company. We make enterprise AI dependable in production by grounding governed agents in a queryable model of how a business actually works, and we have been refining this discipline, Semantic Engineering, since 2017. Our teams bring together engineers, designers, strategists, and product leaders across roughly 23 locations, and we grew through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

What we do

We run our own business on it

We use the same approach we bring to clients. Internal revenue operations are agentified, this website was rebuilt with agentic development, and our product teams are design-led and agent-augmented.
