GCC Enablement
Co-creating AI-first global capability centers
We help enterprises and PE-backed companies stand up and scale a global capability center (GCC) with AI-led delivery built in from the start. The goal is to turn a GCC into an innovation engine by combining AI-driven strategy, engineering, and scalable operating models that accelerate enterprise impact.

Operating models
We support three operating models, so you can match the level of control and the speed of setup to your mandate.
| Model | Who manages operations | Best fit |
|---|---|---|
| Managed | Accion manages day-to-day operations; you retain strategic oversight | Teams that want to focus on core business with a flexible SLA |
| Client-managed | You retain full control of governance, talent, and processes; we assist with setup or advisory | Teams that want a captive center with no ongoing provider management |
| Hosted | Accion’s ecosystem hosts the center, often as a transitional or hybrid step | Teams that want to start small and reach speed-to-market without physical setup |
The hosted model can be structured as a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangement.
Engagement models
- Enterprise Delivery Center (EDC): Dedicated offshore or nearshore delivery centers aligned to your governance framework. These centers scale efficiently, maintain cost predictability, and provide a stable engine for product engineering, platform modernization, and AI adoption.
- Rebadging model: Transition of your existing teams into the Accion Labs ecosystem, preserving institutional knowledge, operational continuity, and team culture. This fits enterprises consolidating operations or redefining a GCC mandate.
- Innovation-as-a-Service: A co-innovation structure that works through labs, PoC factories, and rapid sprints to explore, validate, and scale emerging technologies such as GenAI, automation, and modern cloud architectures.
- Outcome-based engagement: Engagements structured around defined business outcomes rather than effort-based billing, providing transparency, measurable ROI, and shared accountability.
