Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of Accion Labs, Kinesh has over 28 years of experience in the software and technology industry across IT management, business strategy, and execution. He has built teams of up to 400 people for companies including Deutsche Bank, Citibank, SAS, Microsoft, and others. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an M.Tech in Electronics from IIT Delhi.
Ashutosh Bijoor
Global Chief Technology Officer
Ashutosh (Ash) has over 23 years of experience across industries ranging from high-tech and engineering to insurance, banking, healthcare, and media. He leads cross-functional teams through the full product development life cycle and works in emerging technologies, software architectures, framework design, and agile process definition. His delivery spans big data, business intelligence, graphics and image processing, and advanced text search and analytics, connecting him to the products, engineering, and data and AI areas.
Jaywant Deshpande
President and Chief Solutions Officer
Jaywant has more than 28 years of IT experience, beginning at the National Stock Exchange of India before moving into consulting with Wipro Technologies and a decade in the UK as an architect and design authority. As Chief Solutions Officer he oversees the evolution of key innovations, processes, and systems across the company, with responsibility for client relationship management, delivery excellence, quality assurance, and talent development. His focus on software design and enterprise architecture connects him to the engineering and delivery areas.
Ramesh Narasimhan
Global Chief Delivery Officer
Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs and also leads the mobility business. He has over 18 years of IT experience working with multinational clients, mentoring technical teams, and implementing business strategies, which ties him to the delivery and operations area. He holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, a Master’s in Computer Applications, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.
Tony Kernan
President and Co-Founder
Tony has over 23 years of IT sales and client management experience and leads the company’s global business development and engagement strategies. He helps clients develop innovative solutions in emerging technology areas including AI, ML, cloud, big data, and mobility, connecting him to the go-to-market area. A graduate of Duquesne University and a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, he has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.
Aneesh Garg
Global Chief Financial Officer
Aneesh is a strategic finance leader with nearly two decades of experience across leading IT companies, driving cross-functional work spanning finance, analytics, sales, and business development. He has a track record of margin expansion, operational excellence, and improved cash flow, and oversees risk management frameworks along with M&A and the integration of acquired entities. His work connects him to the finance function.
Anand Raja
President - North America
As a founding partner of the executive leadership team, Anand has helped build key global geographies, enterprise accounts, and service lines, and runs the data solutions business focused on big data and emerging technologies. He has about 23 years of experience in sales and operations roles and has grown global relationships and engineering delivery centers to teams of close to 300 members, including Fortune 50 accounts. He holds a BE in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, connecting him to the North America region and the data area.

Shyam brings about 28 years of experience delivering value across diverse verticals, leading IT services practices with responsibility for strategic planning, business development, and delivery management. He has worked across cloud migration, IoT, mobility, and web development, partnering with senior business leadership at high-profile clients to craft solutions that deliver results. Nitin has many years of hands-on execution and leadership experience and is a Microsoft expert with a strong focus on the Azure platform and transformation best practices. He currently leads the strategy and execution of Motifworks, an Accion Labs Group company focused on cloud transformation, connecting him to the platforms and engineering area.
Krishna Singh
President - UK/EU
Krishna defines and leads Accion’s business and partnership strategy across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, giving EMEA clients faster access to the company’s innovation ecosystem. With 28 years in IT and a consultative, customer-oriented background, his experience spans smart mobility, retail, media, and UK healthcare. He previously spent years at NESS and holds a degree in Mathematics and Operations Research, connecting him to the UK and Europe region.
Satyajit Bandyopadhyay
President - North America
Satyajit is a results-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, the product engineering lifecycle, and IT services, with a record of building sizable international IT organizations at high levels of client satisfaction. Before Accion Labs he held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel, establishing innovation labs and engineering delivery centers across the United States, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, connecting him to the North America region and engineering area.
Santosh Saboo

Santosh is a customer-oriented IT executive with a record in managing IT projects and client engagements, currently serving as a client partner who helps clients execute and deliver their technology initiatives. He specializes in cloud migration, databases, IT service and operations management, infrastructure managed services, and open source implementations. With more than 23 years of experience, he holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and is PMP and ITIL certified, connecting him to the North America region and delivery area.

Veera is an Indian Air Force veteran and HR leader with over 23 years of experience across the armed forces and the IT industry. Ashish leads technology excellence for Accion Labs, setting a unified technology vision and incubating complex capabilities across the company’s service lines. He oversees R&D initiatives in cognitive computing, artificial intelligence, connected ecosystems, high-performance and quantum computing, cyber-security, and intelligent automation. With over 25 years of IT experience and an engineering background in electronics and telecommunication, he is an ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor, connecting him to the engineering and data and AI areas.
Amirthalingam Subramanian
President - APAC
Subra is the Director and CEO of the i2s group of companies, with offices across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, focusing on IBM and other emerging technologies. He has more than 38 years of experience in delivery, operations, and sales, including 23 years operating from Singapore, and has grown i2s to close to 200 team members recognized by IBM as a premier partner in ASEAN countries and the UAE. His work expanding operations into new territories connects him to the Asia Pacific region.
Mandar Garge
SVP - Global Head of Strategy Consulting & Enterprise Transformation Solutioning
Mandar is a digital transformation leader focused on expanding Accion’s footprint in strategy consulting and enterprise transformation across industry verticals. With 27 years of experience in enterprise IT, product development, and ITES, he helps organizations define and execute transformation strategies and Industry 4.0 roadmaps. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Boston University and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, connecting him to the consulting and go-to-market areas.

Tarun is a cloud engineering executive who leads data-driven transformations for Fortune 500 companies, with expertise in big data, machine learning, and AI applied to modernizing data platforms and driving cloud adoption. He has specialized in financial services, holding leadership positions at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays Capital. Prathima is a business leader with more than 23 years of experience in technology and engineering services, working with senior executives to advance growth and oversee global delivery engagements. At Accion Labs she leads strategic growth initiatives that expand partnerships and reinforce a customer-success-driven operating model, drawing on experience establishing engineering delivery centers and managing large global accounts. SVP - Healthcare Practice
Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT practices at Accion Labs, focusing on emerging technologies and innovation engineering while scaling business development and sales. He has experience building global, multicultural teams and previously held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, and HealthEdge. Sam Murthy Bharath

Sam is an entrepreneur and technology leader with more than four decades of experience in software engineering, business intelligence, and analytics across Australia, Europe, Canada, and the United States. He has founded, restructured, and exited companies in supply chain solutions, SAP implementation, mobile applications, product engineering, and analytics. At Accion Labs he serves as President of the NetServ Business Unit, providing direction across delivery, customer engagement, and business growth, and holds a Master’s in Computer Technology from IIT Delhi.
Mukundan Srinivasan
President - Global Operations
Mukundan is a business and technology leader with more than three decades of experience in product engineering and enterprise technology across healthcare and IT. He led the development of a medical ultrasound product for the global market and previously held leadership roles at Elder Pharmaceuticals, GE Medical Systems, and Pentafour Software Solutions. At Accion Labs he heads the NetServ Business Unit with responsibility for fulfillment and customer engagement, connecting him to the operations area, and is based in Bengaluru, India.
Raja Venkataraman

Raja brings more than three decades of experience at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organizational culture, grounded in relationship building and a clear understanding of each client’s end customer. As part of the leadership team he drives business development for the NetServ Business Unit, shaping engagements focused on real business priorities and downstream customer impact. He brings a development background and 18 years in the IT industry, leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets. Tribhuvan is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience in global and multinational corporations across IT, ITES, engineering services, aerospace, automotive, BFSI, and life sciences, spanning India, Canada, the USA, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East. He previously led HR for multiple business units at Persistent Systems and served as a BU Head HR at L&T Technologies, managing thousands of employees.
