Innovation Summit
The Accion Labs Innovation Summit is an annual event that brings together technology leaders, AIC development teams, and customers from across our locations. Sessions cover emerging technologies, learnings from the products and projects we have delivered, and plans for the year ahead. As the company grew from ten people in a single Pittsburgh office to a globally distributed organization, the Summit became the way to connect distributed teams under one roof and sustain the creative energy that drove that growth.
Innovation Summit 2026
The 12th edition was held February 26 to 28, 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Goa, India, under the theme From AI Promise to Measurable Impact. Over 200 technical and business leaders attended across three days, with 22 sessions, 4 panel discussions, and 12 interactive demos. CEO Kinesh Doshi opened the Summit, followed by a keynote from CTO Ash Bijoor that connected the sessions into a single arc.
Key themes included:
- Shifting enterprise architectures and data models in the AI era, moving from data-centric to context-centric architecture.
- Enterprise platforms, and how AI capabilities across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS fit into a coherent foundation.
- Durable enterprise intelligence, including the Reflective Memory Framework and decoupled architectures.
- From AI promise to AI impact in the SDLC, through Semantic Engineering.
- Re-imagining digital products for the AI age, with Specification as a Product.
- Agents in action, demonstrated through a five-layer enterprise agentic architecture in production.

The Accion Innovation Roundtable (AIR) is an invite-only event where technology leaders from a region gather to share insights and experiences in applying next-generation technologies to business. AIR is held in Pittsburgh and Austin, and provides a setting to network, discuss emerging trends, and explore innovation that shapes the business.
